Our Type B 6kA MCBs offer protection and control of circuits against overloads and short circuits in domestic installations. Type B characteristics comply with BS EN 60898, with a calibration temperature of 30°C and breaking capacity of 6kA. The voltage rating is 230-400V and current rating 6-63A. Finally the connection capacity for rigid conductors is 25mm², 16mm² for flexible conductors.
These MCBs allow you to ensure: protection of circuits against short circuits, protection of circuits against overload current, control and isolation. The state of isolation is clearly indicated by the “OFF” mechanical position on the toggle with the green colour. Connection capacity for flexible conductors is 25mm² and 35mm² for rigid. The 10kA MCBs comply to BS EN 60898 standards, the 15kA comply to BS EN 60947-2 standards.
These circuit breakers are intended for the protection of the circuits against overloads, short circuits and are equipped with reinforced screw cages. A label holder is integrated under the toggle to ensure the location of the product. The “OFF” position is clearly shown by a green indicator below the toggle.
